Kellan graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2016 with a bachelor’s
in Business Administration – Accounting with magna cum laude honors.
He then worked at Moss Adams in the Audit department for 2 years, primarily servicing
healthcare, consumer products, and technology clients out of Irvine, California. He achieved his CPA
certification in the state of California in 2019.
In 2019, he went on to work in private industry as a Senior Accountant for a mid-size Speech
Therapy company.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he noticed an opportunity and started his own business offering
accounting, tax, and consulting services to numerous different industries. He helped small business
owners navigate the uncertain times by helping secure SBA Loans and advising on proper record keeping
and cash management. Other services included tax preparation, process improvement consulting,
technology and quickbooks integrations and setup, and bookkeeping. In 2023, he sold his book of
business, relocated to Idaho and joined the team at Huddleston Tax CPAs.
